proceed to the billing/shipping forms. |

billing and shipping address and credit card information via
our secure order form. You will receive a thank you page,
transaction number and e-mail summary of your order. Please

to registered resellers. To view our discounted prices and
product offering, call 1-866-583-3400 to obtain a username
and password for login. |

| Once authorized, you may place an order through the
Longlight Candle website. Select “Wholesale Login” from the
site navigation and enter your username and password to
enter the product section with discounted price option.
Select the desired product(s) and then click on “add to
cart”. You may update or remove an item from your cart at

| Authorized resellers have the option of paying for the
order at time of purchase by credit card or entering a
Purchase Order Number for invoicing. You will receive a
thank you page, transaction number and e-mail summary of
your order. Please be sure to keep a copy of your order
confirmation and transaction number. |

credit card and other account payment information in

personal information to anyone outside of Longlight Candles,

Return Policy |
Longlight Candles, LLC
has 3-day return policy that we feel is ample time for
personal inspection of the purchased item. We want you to be
fully satisfied with your purchase and will be happy to
take any item back provided it is returned in the same
condition as it was when shipped to you. If you choose to
return an item, please contact us by the end of the 3rd day
from when you received the item to obtain a
Return Authorization Number. Providing contact is made
within the 3-day return period, you are entitled to a full
refund (less shipping and handling charges), or exchange the
item for another item of your choice. If you choose to
exchange for an item of lesser value, we will refund the
difference. If you choose to exchange for an item of greater
value, you are responsible for payment of the difference in
price. Please Note - All items held by the customer
for a period greater than 3-days are non-returnable.
